Say hello to.....

.....Charles and Nancy Mallory who, of course, live in Hazelton :-) You must excuse the rather candid photo of them, sweetie~pies ~ very artfully and discretely posed, though, don't you think ;-) ~ as I caught them somewhat off-guard! Actually, Nancy only needs a blouse and some panties to be 'decent' (I made her skirt and shawl a couple of years back) but poor Charles needs a pair of trousers at the very least LOL
They are certainly a very handsome couple, aren't they my loves? I bought Nancy quite a few years ago ~ and Charles came free! The lady I was buying her from mislaid my order which meant I ended up with a rather long wait ~ so she sent him along to say sorry :-) I wasn't cross, as these things happen, so I was rather touched by her kind gesture.
I quite fancy the idea of giving Nancy dreadlocks and have been looking at instructions on the internet on how to make them with wool roving. I'm not sure, though, how easy it will be to create them in such a small scale! I still think I will have a go, but if it proves too difficult then I always have plan B to fall back on ;-) I bought some miniature bunka trimming some time back, which I thought might make good hair for Nancy so that is an option if the dreadlocks don't work out. As far as Charles is concerned, to be honest I can't quite make up my mind about whether or not to leave him bald as I think he looks rather good. I have bought some flocking powder, though, so that is another possibility ~ you know, a la Action Man ;-) Or, of course, if dreadlocks work out okay for Nancy then I could give Charles a similar 'do'!
Charles and Nancy are a lovely couple, very well suited to each other, and deeply in love. I was so happy when they finally got together as a couple as I just knew they were made for each other! Nancy has been very good for Charles and has helped him to finally put his troubled past behind him. Her family have welcomed him with open arms and warm hearts, something he found somewhat uncomfortable at the beginning of his relationship with sweet Nancy.
I expect you would like to know more about this lovely couple ~ well, I hope you would anyway! But, my loves, I rather think I will leave their life-history for another day ;-)

I don't know if I should be 'fessing up to this.....but I seem to have, er, temporarily mislaid Mr and Mrs Mallory! I put them 'somewhere safe' at Christmas ~ only trouble is that I can't recall where that safe place is right now :-( I'm a bit annoyed with myself, to be honest, as I have lots of things I would like to be getting on with for this sweet young couple!

Haha your secret's safe with me. Anyway, they will have even more tales to share of how Auntie Sharon locked them safely in a cupboard during the cold winter months as they hadn't many clothes to keep them warm;))
