Well, my loves, I did promise to share the highs and lows didn't I ~ just look at that, a 1/2 pound gain over my starting weight *eeeeek*
Sweetie~pies, I suppose I could try to find some plausible~ish excuses as to why I have put on the pounds but I also promised to be truthful in sharing my weight-reduction adventures ;-) I briefly considered using the 'ole pre-menstrual bloat as my excuse but since my periods are now on their own timetable, that would be a tad difficult! The fact is that up until about Thursday I spent most of the week like someone on death-row eating their favourite things for the very last time! Ridiculous, I know, but I expect it's something we all have a tendency to do when we are about to embark on a phase of healthy eating/dieting ;-)
I guess my report card this week will have to be marked "Sharon must try harder as she can do so much better than this"!!
