My dear Sharon, how lovely to read your news. I recently found Beverly's blog, and she reminded me of this link, as I had lost touch.

The first part of the journey shouldn't be quite so bad ~ hopefully! ~ as we are travelling on the sleeper train up to Inverness, then we have a day and night in a hotel there. It's the next stage which is more of a worry, as it's about 3 1/2 hours sitting on a train up to Thurso. Oh well, I shall just have to hope for the best!

That should be encouraging to you! Yes indeed, look on the bright positive side, at least you did NOT gain any weight back of the weight you already worked off. Congratulations for that! I'm going to continue to encourage you... I'm also on the trying to get the weight off, so far I'm down 3.8 pounds, I feel it isn't happening fast enough but at least it's happening.

Keep it positive and you'll succeed!!!
